More pictures!

A stroll around Lake Tye. 1.63 miles plus three little kids and not enough strollers equals a LOT of whining.

But throwing dirt in the water made up for the torturous walk. Until Josh threw a fistful of sand in Jake's eyes...

Peepaw brought the dump truck home!

I am way to old for this. But I can't seem to stop getting on it.

More umbrellas in the sprinkler.

Ever seen a more precious face?

How about this one?

Sleepy head.

Wow. It is so hot here that even I have to get in the pool. So glad I'm not in rainy old Alaska this summer.

More Washington Pictures

We are still in Washington and having tons of fun soaking up the sunshine. We've been told that Alaska is lame and rainy and I am SO glad that I am not there. Only three more days until we see Daddy!

Here are some of the fun things we've been doing. We went to the park. I realize that this picture does not make it seem like a fun place to go but it was. Joshy just hates swinging so we didn't do much of that.

Jakey likes swinging though and he's starting to get the hang of pumping his legs to go higher.

Jordy loves the sandbox at Grandma and Peepaw's house. And those who know Jordy also know that she LOVES sticks. This was the perfect Jordy day. Sticks and sand.

Grandma bought a new dining set so we converted the chair boxes into forts.

The trampoline is a big hit. Jakey is getting into doing tricks now.

Joshy is terrified of the trampoline and will only go on it if nobody else is on it. As soon as someone makes it bounce a little he says, "all done!" and dives into my arms. Or he says, "Dordy's bouncin' me!" Little tattler.

Having Fun in the Washington Sun.

The kids and I are currently in Washington visiting my parents. We arrived early Tuesday morning. We are loving the sunshine and all that goes along with that. Our first day consisted of trampolines, sandboxes, sprinklers, car ramps, and water fountains.

On our second day we did more of the same but we added the swimming pool and a trip to Target.

Today we went to Costco and bought mom a new dining room table and chairs. It was cooler today so we didn't swim but we did all that other stuff some more. That brings us up to date. I'll try to be better about posting more often.

The Spider

Today Jordan found a spider. She was fascinated and watched it for several minutes. I tried and tried to capture the the cross eyed stare she was giving that bug but I had a difficult time.

I cut all my hair off.

Yesterday I got all my hair cut off. I'm thinking it was about six inches, maybe more. I'm pretty darn pleased with it though. I have yet to see it curly, but I will in the next couple hours.

Some Pics

Sorry for the lack of uploads. Here's some pictures from this week. Sorry, Doodimus must have been sleeping.

Playing outside as much as possible.

Fourth of July. Today we went to a barbecue at a friend's house. Jake spent the afternoon dressed up as bible man. His eyelashes are so long that they stick out of the eye holes and curl up around the mask. He REALLY wants me to buy him this costume. Gonna have to track it down. You might also notice something on his chin. That's the scab leftover from crashing his bike and landing on his face a couple days ago. There is another similary mark on the side of his face.
