It seems like only yesterday that I was holding a gooey, red, screaming bundle of joy at the hospital. Now he's five? FIVE? People told me it would go fast. Turns out they were right.
Five years ago today at 11:51am Jaycob Hawk Powers was born. He weighed 8lbs, 2oz and was 21 inches long. He was 8 days late.
Today he is about 35 pounds and a whole lot taller. Okay, not a WHOLE lot. He is stoked to be five.
