Just look at this handsome little dude. I can't believe he's six years old. I can't believe he's in school. People really weren't lying when they told me it was going to fly by. It really does.
Today I'm taking cupcakes to his school and later when everyone is home we are going to have a little family party. Jake requested his favorite, Top Ramen, for dinner. That shouldn't be too complicated.

Happy Birthday, Jake!! You gotta love the palate of a six year old :-) I remember seeing a little girl at McDonald's once all dressed up. Her dad said she had just performed in her first recital, it was hard to memorize the music, blah, blah. So he told her to reward her hard work he'd take her to McDonald's and she was thrilled.
It must change at some point. Because if Tyler took me to McDonald's to celebrate an achievement, I'd kill him.
Those are REALLY cute pictures -- your kids are always photogenic, but these are exceptional in my opinion!
